Meet Helen

Hiii! My name is Helen Newell, and I am the owner + CEO of The Venus Club LLC.

Originally from a small town in Maine, I fell in love with fitness as a teenager as a way to help me build confidence + heal myself. I found personal training 6+ years ago and quickly realized that there was nothing else I would rather do than help people discover that for themselves. I have since worked with hundreds of people both online and in-person and am SO excited to take the next step in bringing my vision to a brick-and-mortar gym.

On that journey, I realized that my perfect, dream gym just didn’t exist. A space held together by its community, all-inclusive, built to support and empower through strength, and where women can walk in and feel at home.

After moving to Nashville and falling in love with the community and people here, the stars aligned on that dream. And with incredible support, here we are - I would absolutely love for you to come join The Venus Club and see for yourself!
